When you have new products and services launching seemingly every week, it becomes vital that you engage your team so that they know the key points of each. This is one of a series of videos I created for internal Telecom staff use to explain the benefits of new services before they launch to the public.
You often need to put engagement first to involve the audience. When we needed to launch a new series of handsets with new capabilities and handsets I decided to create a 'love story' between two people using the new functionality a key to its success. And of course using the staff themselves went over a treat. While to others this video may seem corny, internally at Telecom it never failed to engage, entertain, inform and educate. And we had a laugh on the day!
